Susan

Susan's vision has been to open this dedicated space for holistic wellbeing, with a focus on yoga and pilates practice. Susan teaches Vinyasa yoga and pilates with attention to alignment, posture and balance. Susan’s classes have a flowing style and leave you feeling both grounded and uplifted!

Amy

Amy is a 350-hour registered yoga teacher with Yoga Australia. She completed her original training in traditional Hatha yoga at an Ashram. In 2016 she travelled to Sri Lanka and India to undertake further training in Ashtanga and Yin yoga. Amy grew up on the Mornington Peninsula and is delighted to be able to share her love of yoga with her community.

Jane

Jane believes yoga is about the best thing you can add to your life and an essential ingredient for a long and happy life. After completing her 200 hour training in Ashtanga and Vinyasa in Goa, India, she wants to recruit as many people to yoga as possible as well as help others to deepen their practice. Jane’s Vinyasa flow classes are a safe space for yogis to play and to gently push their bodies and their minds to new places. As a writer living in the beautiful coastal town of Sorrento, Jane loves the creative and storytelling aspects of teaching yoga.

Ebony

Ebony’s love for yoga shines through in her practise, her passion is to bring you to your bliss through a diverse range of yoga offerings; active and chilled. Originaly from Rosebud and practising all over the globe for 10yrs, she’s influenced by teachers, retreats, workshops & nature. Completing 200hrs in Blissology Vinyassa, she radiates a feel of support, presence, community, connection and lightness. Guiding you to experience a fully sustainable embodied flow is her goal; incorporation meditation, breath-work, alignments and adjustments intuitively.

Aisling (Ash)

Aisling grew up on the East coast of Ireland and studied a Bachelor degree in Sports and Recreation Management in Glasgow University Scotland. After suffering from a freak accident and breaking her hip, her interest became focused on rehabilitation and prehab and Pilates became her passion after obtaining the benefits first hand, Aisling graduated with the NCEHS National Qualification in Pilates Mat (Michael King Pilates) in 2004 and had been teaching ever since. Aisling has continued to train extensively with many other Pilates training providers and also graduated as a yoga instructor, A YSS (A Yoga Sports Science) coach, and a GP exercise referral specialist, and BASI (Body Arts Science International) Pilates studio instructor. She relocated to the west of Ireland for her love of surfing, yoga and Pilates and opened a Pilates studio.

Dexter

Combining a first class honours degree in Continental Philosophy, a diploma in Clinical Pilates and an alignment based Vinyasa 200 hour yoga teacher training, Dex's classes aim to recalibrate the nervous system through movement, sound and breath work. A professional musician for over 18 years and improvising music in yoga classes for the past 3 years has led Dex to develop a teaching style based on the embodied practice of listening whilst navigating the mediated intersections of body and mind. Finding inspiration with senior instructors Dr. Tasja Fox and Nina Alvers of Dance of Life Studio over the past 9 years, Dex's classes aim to find expression and stillness to allow a deep listening of body, mind and breath.

Bridgette

Bridgette is a Nutritionist and Yoga Instructor who completed her 200hr YTT in Rishikesh India, studying Hatha/Ashtanga Yoga. Bridgette’s classes bring together her knowledge of the mind-body connection, functional strength and the powers of breath in movement. Bridgette believes that yoga is for absolutely everyone. Joining her classes will help you to develop strength, flexibility, a shorter recovery time and a strong connection with your body. Her positive and energetic guidance will support you through the class, and continue to carry you throughout the day.

Angela

Angela is a 350 hr registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Australia. Angela has a passion for Iyengar yoga and has been practicing this style for over 13 years. As part of her training she completed a 3 year apprenticeship with a local Senior Iyengar teacher. Angela teaches yoga to both Adults and Children and she has a gentle and nurturing approach. Her classes focus on basic alignment using support and encouraging safe practice. She believes yoga is for everyone and it’s a practice for life and that it’s never too late to start.

Rachel

Rachel is a clinical Pilates instructor from Sorrento, specialising in Mat and fitness Pilates. Her classes focus on posture, balance, strength and support for the body to function , pain free, in day to day life. Rachel’s aim is for clients to leave her class feeling taller, stronger and uplifted.
