  • This deeply restorative class combines the long, meditative holds of Yin Yoga with the healing stillness of Yoga Nidra.

    In Yin, poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing the fascia and ligaments to gently unwind and stretch—encouraging greater flexibility in the joints and releasing held tension. Influenced by Traditional Chinese Medicine, each pose is thoughtfully selected to stimulate the meridians (energy channels), helping to dissolve energetic blockages and support the free flow of Prana or Chi throughout the body. As you settle into stillness, you’re invited to meet yourself more intimately, cultivating awareness and gently releasing what no longer serves you—creating space for clarity and growth.

    Following the Yin practice, Yoga Nidra guides the mind into a single-pointed focus. This liminal state—between wakefulness and sleep—supports profound rest and restoration. It is here, in the stillness, that deep healing and integration can unfold.

    We use breathing techniques to help deepen your practise and surrender to the bliss of savasana where the real magic happens!

    Don’t be surprised if we switch on the infra-red heat panels to help warm up your body and sooth some tired and sore muscles.

    Slow doesn’t mean easy! We have to build our strength and flexibility so that one day we simply float with effortless effort!

  • During this class you will be guided through a Vinyasa style flow and be challenged with a robust physical practise.

    We move a little faster to create some fire and heat in the belly, maybe with a little help from our infra-red heat panels!

    Expect the classic sun salutations, vinyasa flows and challenging sequences that will help you build both physical and mental strength. And just for fun we will practise some more challenging poses throughout the class to keep learning and growing!

  • This is a Slow Flow style class where we take the time to really focus on the foundations of our practise.

    There’s no point trying to practise more advanced poses if we haven’t got a solid foundation.  We work on technique and take the time to really break down to mechanics of pose to ensure you move with optimal efficiency.
