STUDIO PARADISE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

‍1. Introduction

Welcome to Studio Paradise (“Studio Paradise”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By attending classes, workshops, retreats, events, purchasing memberships or class packs, using our website, or booking through our booking systems, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all services provided by Studio Paradise, including at our Dromana and St Andrews Beach Shalas.

‍ 2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

• By participating in any class, workshop, retreat, event or wellbeing activity, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily participating at your own risk.

• You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition during classes and activities.

• You will advise Studio Paradise and your teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or concerns prior to participation.

• You understand that Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Sound Healing, Meditation, Tai Chi and other wellbeing practices may involve physical movement and emotional release.

• You acknowledge that participation may involve risk of injury, illness, emotional discomfort, or aggravation of existing conditions.

• You should consult a medical professional before commencing any exercise or wellbeing program.

4. Bookings & Attendance

‍ All classes and events must be booked in advance via our booking platform.

• Classes may be subject to capacity limits.

• Studio Paradise reserves the right to refuse entry or participation where appropriate for safety or wellbeing reasons.

• Late arrivals may not be permitted entry once class has commenced.

Membership Terms

• Memberships are non-transferable.

• Memberships may not be shared between individuals.

• Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the membership terms.

Membership Suspension

Membership suspensions may be granted at Studio Paradise’s discretion.

• Failed Payments

• If membership payments fail:

• Access to classes may be suspended until payment is resolved.

• Outstanding fees may remain payable.

Membership Changes

Studio Paradise reserves the right to:

• Adjust pricing

• Modify class schedules

• Change teachers

• Change class formats

• Update membership structures

• Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.

6. Class Packs

• Class packs are valid for the stated expiry period from first use unless otherwise specified.

• Expired class packs cannot be extended unless required by law.

• Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Cancellations & No Shows

Standard Classes

• Please cancel bookings within the required cancellation window via the booking system.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may:

• Result in loss of class credit

• Incur fees for members

• Workshops, Events & Retreats

Unless otherwise stated:

• All workshop, event and retreat bookings are non-refundable.

• Transfers may be permitted at the discretion of Studio Paradise.

8. Introductory & Promotional Offers

Promotional offers:

• Are subject to availability

• May be withdrawn at any time

• Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise

• Are generally limited to new clients unless otherwise specified

• Studio Paradise reserves the right to determine eligibility for promotions.

9. Retreats & Special Events

• Retreats and special events may have additional terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.

• Participants are responsible for:

• Travel insurance

• Medical clearances

• Personal travel arrangements unless otherwise specified

• Studio Paradise is not responsible for travel disruptions, cancellations or third-party services.

10. Photography & Media Consent

• By attending Studio Paradise classes or events, you acknowledge that photos and videos may occasionally be captured for promotional and marketing purposes.

• If you do not wish to appear in marketing material, please notify us prior to the class or event.

• 11. Personal Belongings

• Studio Paradise is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

12. Behaviour & Community Standards

• We are committed to maintaining a welcoming, inclusive and respectful environment.

• Studio Paradise reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate or harmful to the community.

13. Website & Online Content

• All website content, branding, logos, images and materials are the intellectual property of Studio Paradise unless otherwise stated.

• Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.

14. Privacy

• Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

• Studio Paradise reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Updated versions will be published on our website.
