After many years of neglecting my body, I finally stepped onto the path of yoga and holistic wellbeing and have never looked back!!
But there is more than one way to the mountain top! I have been studying and practising yoga for nearly 20 years and I love all things wellbeing. It is now my absolute pleasure and joy to share this passion with you all at Studio Paradise!
I first went to Ubud in December 2022 to complete my Yoga Teacher Training - it changed my life forever! It is the most incredible, high vibration place I have ever been to, which is exactly why I want to share this with you all, by taking Studio Paradise ‘On Tour’.

With years of experience in Forensic healing and a lifetime’s worth of experience in Music and Voice Alchemy - I am super excited to be merging these together for this October’s sacred retreat in Ubud, Bali in the honor of supporting you all through a week of deep personal elevation and transcendence. Bali is a land of infinite possibilities. ‘Ubud’ in particular translates to Medicine and is known as the centre of Bali’s heart energy, so this is a special place for welcoming in deep Transformation.
I will be offering Forensic healing profile scans for those who would love to dip their toes in the experience of one of the most advanced healing frameworks renowned for releasing pain, trauma and stress fast and getting to the core of emotional, physical, mental and spiritual ailments. This short scan will give you insight as to what you’re aligning with (Archetype, Negative life patterns, trigger emotion, belief systems) in order to bring answers to the surface for understanding the root cause of any conditions on an emotional level.
I’ll also be offering the option to extend into a full session for those who would love to dive deeper into releasing. You will walk away with personalized affirmations as a powerful tool for moving forward, transmuting and getting the law of attraction working for you. This information can also be very powerful for moments of introspection and meditation with which I will also be infusing some of our Morning Meditations with Forensic healing guided visualisations that can assist with healing the inner-child, Cleansing the Auric field, returning home to Unconditional love within ourselves and more.Super excited to be popping in sharing some vocal alchemy throughout the retreat experience too.

To secure the Early Bird rate, you must book before 30 June and pay the outstanding balance in full within 30 days.
Customised payment plans available on request (on standard Rate only) - must be paid in full by 31 July.
Additional $100 fee applicable for credit card payments
Cancellations up to and including 31 July will receive a full refund minus the $500 deposit.
Cancellations from 1 August onwards may not be entitled to any refund - we will attempt to resell your ticket on a best endeavors basis
