Studio Paradise ‘On Tour’ is a 7-day, 6-night retreat bringing together everything you know and love about Studio Paradise, with a little Bali magic! In 2027, we’re hosting two retreats back-to-back, giving you the choice of two weeks to join us.
Through nourishing daily movement and meditation practises, and thoughtfully guided transformation workshops, you’ll have space to explore, release and reconnect—physically, emotionally and energetically. Your experienced and passionate hosts, alongside world-class special guest facilitators, will support you to deepen your practice, gain fresh perspective and maybe try something new that you might not get too experience at home.
Enjoy delicious vegetarian meals, wake to the sounds of the jungle, and share meaningful experiences with a lovely community of like-minded people. Expect thoughtfully curated surprises and activities, moments of discovery, and plenty of fun and laughter for the whole week!
And of course, there’s plenty of ‘Retreat’ time too—to rest by the pool, enjoy a massage, explore Ubud or simply do absolutely nothing.
Each week is limited in numbers, creating an intimate, welcoming space where you can feel supported and free to be yourself.

After many years of neglecting my body, I finally stepped onto the path of yoga and holistic wellbeing and have never looked back!!
But there is more than one way to the mountain top! I have been studying and practising yoga for nearly 20 years and I love all things wellbeing. It is now my absolute pleasure and joy to share this passion with you all at Studio Paradise!
I first went to Ubud in December 2022 to complete my Yoga Teacher Training - it changed my life forever! It is the most incredible, high vibration place I have ever been to, which is exactly why I want to share this with you all, by taking Studio Paradise ‘On Tour’.

Hi, I’m Amy — a Pilates and Yoga teacher passionate about helping you move in a way that feels good for both body and mind. I guide Mat and Reformer Pilates, Slow Flow and Strong Flow Yoga, as well as breathwork and meditation to support grounding, balance, and real inner strength.
I’m a big lover of animals, nature, travel, a good chat, and anything that brings out my inner child — and that playfulness often finds its way into my classes. I aim to create a genuinely safe, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are, in your most authentic self, no matter what that looks like each day.
My teaching style is all about positivity, smiles, and healthy, functional movement. You’ll find plenty of encouragement and options for challenge when you’re craving it — along with full permission to pause, soften, or slow down whenever your body asks.
I adore seeing people realise their true capabilities, feel strong within themselves, share a giggle, and walk away feeling more connected, empowered, and at ease.
I can’t wait to meet you and share this magical week together in Bali!

CANCELATIONS
Cancellations up to and including 31 May, 2027 will receive a full refund minus the initial $500 deposit.
Cancellations from 31 May, 2026 onwards may not be entitled to any refund - we will attempt to resell your ticket on a best endeavors basis
