  • During this class you will be guided through different yogic and clinical breathing techniques designed to regulate your body and reset your nervous system.

    The whole point of our breath practise is to come into stillness and feel bliss of the present moment as the easiest way to come into the meditative state is to begin by listening to your breath.

    This class is suitable for EVERYBODY, just take it at your own pace.

  • In this class, we embark on a transformative journey, working with our nervous system to tap into inner wisdom, open our hearts, and unlock our infinite potential – the Kundalini Shakti energy!

    Our wonderful Deb will guide you through an integrated approach rooted in the traditional Indian Himalayan Yog-Vedantic lineage, developed over thousands of years to facilitate evolution, expansion, knowledge, liberation, and the union of body, mind, and spirit.

    This integrated approach includes the following transformative practises:

    • KRIYA: A practise designed to help the body absorb, hold, and cope with increased Kundalini Shakti (life force energy). These practises, which may involve breathwork or repetitive physical movements, are meant to invoke an evolutionary response.

    • PRANAYAM: Yogic breath techniques to increase vitality, move prana (life force), and enhance your overall energy flow.

    • MANTRA: Sacred syllables, words, and sounds used to align and center the mind, body, and spirit.

    • MUDRA: Symbolic hand gestures combined with internal focus points to activate and channel energy.

  • Reset your Nervous System through a holistic approach to learning self-regulating practices to empower your health and healing.

    Our lovely Ange will be utilising all of her favourite healing modality tools including; Reiki, Sound Healing, Restorative Yoga / Deep Relaxation, Tapping and Mindfulness.

    A lot of physical, mental and emotional issues are the result of Nervous System Dis-Regulation. Symptoms can include, anxiety, depression, overthinking, sleep issues, fatigue, immune disorders, digestive issues, inflammation, PTSD, Trauma and more.

    We can empower our health and build resilience by using learning self regulation practices that reset and literally rewire old patterns of distress and build a healthy nervous system.

    This class will put your mind and body into a healing state and leave you feeling balanced, grounded and uplifted. The body knows how to heal itself, we just need to give it the right environment.

    We all need a safe space to practise and connect within. You can join us for practise every Sunday @ 8.30am for free, no questions asked and is our absolute pleasure and joy to share this with you!
